Original recipe yields 1 serving
8 oz cream cheese
6 oz half-and-half
1 lb Special Crab Meat (we use Blue Fin Crab meat)
3 stems celery, finely diced
1/2 cup finely diced mixed sweet peppers (red, yellow & green)
1/8 tsp parsley flakes
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp old bay
3 oz mozzarella cheese
Tabasco sauce to taste

In a sauce pan on stove over low heat, mix the cream cheese and half-and-half. Add crab meat.

After the cheese has melted add all the other ingredients.

Let simmer for 10 minutes, stirring often, so it does not stick to bottom of pan. Serve with Italian bread.
