Cream butter. Add 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar and beat at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add flour and vanilla. Mix well. Fold in pecans.
Shape dough into 1-1/2"x1-1/2" fingers. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 300 degrees F for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool 10 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar. COOL COMPLETELY BEFORE STORING!
