Preheat oven to 350°F. Divide beef into 4 patties. Fry patties on med/high for 5 min each side, set aside on plate.
Put soup into 9x13 baking dish, add milk & whisk until blended. Add patties to the mix, cover with foil.
Bake 30 minutes or until fully cooked. Serve with mashed potatoes topped with the soup & peas/carrots.
