Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 container (6 oz.) lemon yogurt
Equal amount mayonnaise (measure with yogurt container)
6 Cameo apples, cored & chunked
2 cups fresh pineapple chunks, OR two cans (15 oz. each) chunk pineapple, drained
1 medium pear, cored & coarsely chopped (1 cup)
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
1/2 cup halved seedless red grapes
1/2 cup toasted walnut pieces
2 kiwi fruit, peeled, halved, sliced

Mix together yogurt & mayo.

Toss together all other ingredients. Fold dressing gently into fruit mixture.
