4 raw boneless chicken breasts
Shredded Monterey jack or shredded cheese
1 jar (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup water
Stove Top Stuffing Mix
1/4 cup butter, melted

In bottom of 9"x9" casserole baking dish, layer: chicken breasts, cheese, mushrooms, and then soup mixed with water. Sprinkle stuffing mix on top. Pour butter over stuffing.

Bake COVERED for 25 minutes at 350 degrees F.

UNCOVER - then bake an additional 15 - 20 minutes.
