4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 can broccoli cheese soup
1/3 cup milk
1/8 tsp black pepper
2 cups broccoli florets
4 servings cooked rice

In skillet, over medium heat, in melted butter, cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned on both sides. Spoon off fat.

Stir in soup, milk, and pepper. Heat to boiling. Add broccoli. Reduce heat to low.

Cover; simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and broccoli is done; stirring occasionally. Serve over cooked rice.
