Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat the bottom of baking pan with crackers. Pour the melted butter and brown sugar over the crackers. Put in oven once for 10 minutes.
Take out the pan, pour the chocolate morsels over the caramelized crackers. Once the chocolate melts, spread it evenly coating the crackers (if you wish, add nuts to recipe after chocolate gets spread).
Next place in fridge to cool. Once cool, break into pieces. Serve, and enjoy!!!
