While cooking penne according to package directions, melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add leeks and garlic. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until tender.
Add cream, cook over medium high heat for 10 minutes until cream reduces slightly. Stir in shrimp, asparagus and bell peppers. Cook 3 to 4 minutes more, until thoroughly heated.
Add cooked penne, Romano cheese, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with feta.
