3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 cup oatmeal
1 3/4 cup (11 oz. pkg.) butterscotch chips

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs and vanilla; blend thoroughly. Stir together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; add to butter mixture, beating until well blended. Stir in oats and butterscotch chips; mix well.

Drop by tsp. onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 1 minute. Remove to wire rack and cool completely.
