Original recipe yields 1 serving
5 lb potatoes, peeled and cut up
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp onion salt
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 Tbsp butter or margarine

Cook potatoes until tender. Drain well. Mash until smooth. Add cream cheese, sour cream, onion salt, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and butter. Beat until smooth and fluffy.

Place in 9 x 13 greased casserole dish, dot with butter.

Bake at 350 degrees F. May top with cheese before baking.
