1 can Campbell's Cream of Celery Soup (can also substitute cream of chicken, cream of mushroom)
1 cup condensed white rice
1 green bell pepper, diced (optional)
4-6 servings boneless chicken breasts or tenders (your preference)

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Put stick of margarine in the dish and let it melt.
When butter is melted, add the Lipton onion soup mix and stir,. Then add the soup and 2 cans of water and stir well. Add rice and green pepper if desired. Place chicken in pan and pepper the top if desired.
Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Oven temperatures vary, but rice should be done and it shouldn't be runny at all.
