Take a 1/4 of the dressing and cover chicken breasts. Place on hot grill about 10 minutes on each side or until done. Slice grilled chicken in to strips.
Take mixed salad greens place chicken strips, onion, croutons and cheddar cheese on top.
Take the rest of the salad dressing and heat in a pan for a few minutes. Pour heated dressing over the salads. Eat right away.
