Original recipe yields 1 serving
3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (or however many you have)
1/2 cup ricotta
1/2 cup mixed Italian cheeses
Spices in the drawer (parsley, basil, salt, pepper, lemon/pepper)

Let's Make It

Clean chicken. Cut chicken in half (to stuff). Mix cheeses and spices in bowl. Stuff chicken.

Saute in a pan with olive oil until brown on both sides.

Finish baking in oven at 350 degrees F for approximately 30 minutes or until 180 degrees F. Serve with a side of pasta. Delish!
