Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook noodles till al dente. Melt butter in sauce pan over medium heat, add flour and whisk till smooth. Add in the mustard, garlic, salt and pepper, whisk together. Slowly add milk, whisk constantly till it thickens, and remove from heat. Add shredded cheese and stir till melted and smooth.
Drain noodles, and pour cheese sauce over, stir. Pour noodles into casserole dish and sprinkle some extra cheese on top.
Bake 20-25 minutes.
