Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl until well blended.
Drop 1 inch or so balls onto ungreased cookie sheet using two spoons. If leaving out chocolate chips use a fork dipped in sugar to flatten out cookies.
Bake for about 5 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
