In an 8x11 pan spread some Cool Whip on the bottom of the pan.
Take the cookies and dip them in milk and layer the top of the Cool Whip. Put Cool Whip on top of the cookies and keep doing cookies and Cool Whip in layers and save a couple of cookies to put on top.
The top cookies need to be crushed and sprinkled on top.
