Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 pkg (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup real mayo
1 green bell pepper
3 green onions
1 large tomato
2 cans broken shrimp, drained
1 bottle shrimp cocktail sauce
2 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese (fine)
1 box Wheat Thin Crackers

Mix cream cheese, sour cream and mayo until smooth. Spread on 9-inch platter and refrigerate 1 hour. Dice green bell pepper, onion, and tomato.

Remove cream cheese mixture from fridge and layer with broken shrimp, cocktail sauce, and mozzarella cheese.

Add tomato to the center of the platter and onions and bell pepper to circle outside of dip. Serve with Wheat Thins or favorite crackers.
