Let's Make It
Line a cookie sheet with wax paper and put it in the freezer to get it cold. Follow package instructions to melt the chocolate.
Take pan out of the freezer. Dip 1 cracker at a time in the chocolate...tapping as you take it out to get excess chocolate off. Place chocolate cracker on the wax paper lined cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with a few mint chips. Put in the fridge or freezer to set.
