1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 cup raisins
2 cups fresh spinach leaves
1 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup crumbled feta cheese

Cook rice.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add oil, garlic salt and raisins and cook for 1 minute.

Add spinach and wilt. Next add cooked rice and stir. Add red bell pepper, feta cheese, salt and pepper. Warm until the feta has just melted. Serve!
