PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Separate dough into 4 rectangles; press perforations together to seal. Spread rectangles evenly with cream cheese. Top with ham slices.
ROLL up, starting at short end. Cut each roll crosswise into slices, each about 1-inch thick. Place, cut side up, on baking sheet.
BAKE 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
