Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Put baking cup papers into muffin tins or line up on a cookie sheet.
Make brownie mix according to package directions. Fill baking cups half way with mix. Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and place 6-8 chocolate chips on top of each brownie bit and allow to melt slightly. Sprinkle chopped nuts on the top of melted chocolate and press in slightly to help them adhere. Remove from pan or muffin tin to rack to cool.
