2 cans jalapeno pinto beans (or plain if you want)
2 cans whole kernel corn
2 cans yellow hominy
2 cans diced or stewed tomatoes (your choice, I like diced)
2 cans water
Salt & pepper to taste
bunches 2 or 3 green onion (I put 3)

Brown ground meat season with dry taco seasoning (do not follow taco seasoning instructions on back) - just pour the seasoning into the meat (I also use garlic powder, onion powder & tex-joy seasoning on the meat in addition to the taco seasoning). Add the chopped white onion to the meat while cooking.
When meat is done, drain and add to your soup pot. Pour in all of your cans of beans and vegetables - juices and all DO NOT DRAIN THE CANS! Add 2 cans of water, your salt and pepper to taste and green onions.
Bring to a boil, and then simmer for about 1 1/2 hours. You can serve over rice or Fritos or eat it plain!
