1 medium -large sweet or yellow onion, sliced into sticks
10 slices lean bacon (cooked but not crispy), cut into 1/4"-1/2" pieces
1 bag prewashed spinach, chopped roughly
6 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese

Let's Make It
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cover edges of pie crusts and bake for 10 minutes.
Melt butter in large saute pan and add onion. Cook until transparent. Add bacon and spinach and cook until spinach wilts. Add cream cheese to mixture and stir till melted. Season with salt and pepper here.
Place pies on baking sheet covered with foil. Spread 1/2 of spinach mixture in each pie shell. Spread 1 cup cheese evenly over each pie. Beat together eggs and milk until well-blended. Pour even amount of egg mixture over each pie.
Carefully place baking sheet with pies into middle of the oven and bake for about 40 minutes or until crust is golden brown and knife comes out clean when pie is set.
Let cool on a rack for 5 minutes and enjoy!
