2 cloves garlic, minced
1-2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce or to taste

Peel and devein shrimp if not bought that way. Chop and clean peppers, onions, mince garlic.
Heat oil in large skillet, saute onions until soft. Add garlic and cook for one minute.
Add shrimp, peppers, thyme, pepper, and Tabasco. Cook and stir until shrimp is opaque and peppers are crisp tender - about five minutes.
