4 cornish game hens, thawed
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup white cranberry juice
2 cups minute rice
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1 tsp grated orange zest
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1 can (16 oz.) jellied cranberry sauce

Preheat oven to 425°F. Roast hens, basting occasionally with oil, 35-45 min or until done.

Meanwhile, bring broth & juice to boil in med saucepan. Stir in rice and cranberries and cover. Remove from heat and let stand 5 min, stir in zest & almonds.

Heat cranberry sauce until melted, spoon over hens before serving.
