3 lb pork roast
16 oz Bulls-Eye BBQ sauce
3/4 cup orange juice
3 Tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup COLD water

Mix the pork roast, BBQ sauce and orange juice in slow cooker.

Cook for 6-8 hours on low; stir occasionally. Toward the end the meat should fall apart and look shredded…may have to use fork.

When the roast is finished cooking, mix cornstarch and COLD water in a small bowl or container with a lid so you can shake it up. (You could stir it.) Gradually add to pork roast and stir and wait a minute to see the thickness. You should not need the entire mixture, just enough to make the sauce stick to the meat. If you use too much it will make a gelatin.
