Original recipe yields 1 serving
3 cups cooked (Andante) elbow pasta
2 cups mozzarella cheese
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups milk, more if needed to make loose
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
Salt & pepper
Pads of butter

Cook pasta and drain. In large bowl combine cheeses, soup and milk. Mix together and pour over pasta; mix well. Pour into baking dish.

Mix parmesan cheese and Italian bread crumbs. Sprinkle on top of pasta mixture, along with salt & pepper and dollop with a couple pads of butter.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
