4 venison backstrap steaks
Salt and pepper
1/2 palm of Cajun spices
3-4 cups oil
3 cups flour
2 eggs, beaten
2 pkg Ritz Crackers, crushed

Tenderize meat if not already done at the butcher. Salt and pepper meat to taste. Add Cajun spice to flour and mix. Heat oil to 375 degrees F.

Dip meat into flour till completely covered on both sides, dredge in egg and then roll into cracker crumbs till fully covered. Repeat 3 times.

Add to the pan one at a time till they are all in. Cook until golden brown and then flip. It should take about 5-8 min per side.
