Put roast in slow cooker, fat side up. Add the whole jar of pepperoncini peppers, water, and bouillon cubes. Sprinkle with pepper.
Cover and cook on low 8 hours.
Remove roast to cutting board, remove fat and shred meat with forks and return to pot. Serve with rolls.
