Original recipe yields 1 serving
8-12 cups chicken stock
2 cups carrot slices
1 can sliced water chestnuts
4 Tbsp toasted sesame seed oil
3 Tbsp soy sauce
3 Tbsp Szechuan stir-fry sauce
10 oz fresh Yaki-Soba or Ramen noodles
1 lb raw shrimp
1/2 roasted chicken meat (bite size pieces)
2 cups fresh snow peas pods

Let's Make It

Into a large soup pot over medium heat add chicken stock, carrots, water chestnuts, sesame oil, soy sauce, and Szechuan stir-fry sauce. Bring to a boil & cook for 10-15 minutes or until the carrots are cooked.

Add the noodles and cook for another 4 minutes.

Add shrimp, chicken & snow pea pods and heat for 2 more minutes. Enjoy!
