1 1/2 cups cider vinegar
2 cups sugar
1 can (15 oz.) peas
1 can (15 oz.) carrots
1 can (15 oz.) lima beans
1 can (15 oz.) green beans
1 can (15 oz.) waxed beans
1 can (15 oz.) garbanzo beans
1 can (15 oz.) red kidney beans
1 can (15 oz.) white shoepeg corn
1/2 cup chopped onion (red or yellow)
1/2 cup chopped red pepper

Mix the cider vinegar & sugar together in a sauce pan and cook for approx. 5 - 7 minutes. Cool mixture for 5 minutes.

Open & DRAIN all the canned vegetables.

In a large bowl combine all vegetables with the sugar & vinegar mixture. Cover & refrigerate until ready to serve.
