Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt butter, add flour and stir until you make a roux. Beat eggs into milk and slowly add to butter mixture (roux). Stir 3/4 cup of parmesan cheese. Cook until sauce thickens. Remove from heat and fold in heavy whipping cream, salt & pepper. Trim crust from bread and toast the bread.
Line the bottom of two 9"X 13" pan with the toasted bread. Top with slices of smoked turkey & ham. Cover with parmesan cheese sauce. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes until light golden brown. Top with fried crumbled bacon bits & diced tomatoes.
