Topping: Brown 3/4 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water on top of stove (keep an eye on it because it burns easily) This is the pan you use to bake the Flan.
Mix: 10 egg yolks, evaporated milk, condensed milk, and vanilla. Pour into the topping.
Bake in pan with sugar and water for 40 minutes at 350 degrees F or until set.
