Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 lb ground beef
1/2 package whole wheat thin spaghetti (12 oz.)
1 can tomato sauce
2 cups water, divided
1 can black beans
1 can mild Ro*Tel (diced tomatoes and green chiles)
1 cup Kraft Monterey Jack cheese shredded
Sour cream (optional)

Brown ground beef, drain, and set aside. Break spaghetti in thirds. Cook in tomato sauce and 1 cup of water stirring constantly. Add more water as needed.

When spaghetti is tender, add undrained black beans, tomatoes and chilies, and ground beef. Stir to coat everything.

Serve with cheese and sour cream.
