Crust:
1 pkg (1 lb. 2 oz.) Golden Oreo Cookies (all but 10 cookies)
1/3 cup Parkay
Cream cheese layer:
1 cup powdered sugar
8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
8 oz Cool Whip
Pudding layer:
1 small box Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
1 small box Jell-O Banana Instant Pudding
2 ¾ cups milk
3 med bananas, diced
8 oz Cool Whip

Crush Oreo Cookies and put in 9x13 pan. Melt Parkay, pour over cookies and mix together. Pat down to form crust.

Cream powdered sugar and cream cheese together. Beat in Cool Whip. Spread carefully over cookie crust.

Combine puddings and milk with mixer on low speed. Mix about 2 min. Dice bananas and stir into pudding mixture. Pour over cream cheese.

Refrigerate... After pudding has set, top with Cool Whip. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
