Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 cans white or whole kernel corn
8 slices bacon
1 cup diced onions
1 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Let's Make It

Drain corn. Cook bacon, drain and save grease and cool and crumble. Saute onions in bacon drippings. Combine all ingredients, but only half bacon.

Pour into sprayed casserole dish, or 9 in. deep dish pie crust. Top with rest of bacon.

Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 min until bubbly and slightly brown.
