1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk, chilled
1 stick butter
3/4 pkg graham crackers, crushed
3/4 cup sugar
1 pkg (3 oz.) lemon gelatin
16 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese, room temperature
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla

Chill evaporated milk. Melt butter and add crushed graham crackers and sugar. Save a little of this mixture for the top, and press the rest into a 9x13 pan. Place in refrigerator.

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Let partially set in refrigerator.

Whip evaporated milk. Add Philadelphia Cream Cheese (room temp), sugar and vanilla. Add partially set gelatin. Pour into crust and add extra crumbs on top.
