Butter 9 x 12 glass baking dish. Put hash browns in pan in single layer & let thaw. When thawed, cover with meat. Sprinkle with cheese.
Combine eggs, milk, mustard, and salt. Pour evenly over all. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 325°F for 50-60 min or until set. Let stand for 5 min before cutting.
