1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp EACH ground red, black, and white pepper
1 tsp rosemary

In a bowl combine the rub ingredients.

Sprinkle rub mixture evenly over meat; rub in with your fingers. This can be done several hours before cooking.

Smoke or cook over indirect heat 1 - 1 1/4 hours or more, depending on size of meat.
