Let's Make It
Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Put jumbo shells into boiling water and prepare as directed. While noodles are boiling, in a large bowl combine cream cheese, Italian cheese blend, thawed & drained spinach, milk, & oregano, basil, and garlic powder to taste. Using a hand mixer, blend these ingredients well into a paste.
Once noodles are tender, drain and rinse with cool water. Scoop 1 heaping teaspoon of filling mixture into each shell. Place stuffed shells into a 9x11 glass baking dish. Once all shells have been stuffed and placed into pan, cover with entire jar of pasta sauce and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Place baking dish in preheated 350 degrees F oven for 30-40 min. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10-15 minutes then serve.
