1 can dark red beans (can use 2 light or dark if you want, variation is just for variety of color)
2 cans diced tomatoes
Chili powder to taste -2 tablespoons or chili seasoning
Salt & pepper
1/2 pound pasta (small shapes work best, shells or rotini, etc)

Let's Make It
Cook diced onion and crumbles in bottom of a large pot with a bit of EVOO.
Add 2 cans of beans and 2 cans of tomatoes, all undrained. Let simmer for about 5-10 minutes while seasoning to taste with seasoning.
Add pasta and let cook through (liquid from undrained cans is the water it cooks in). Add water or stock to if needed until pasta is covered. Once pasta is cooked, let simmer until desired thickness is achieved, stirring occasionally.
