Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat yolks, salt & water. Heat fat in pan. Wipe chops with damp cloth, dip into egg mixture & then into premium saltine cracker crumbs.
Place chops in hot fat & brown well on both sides. Place browned chops in oven pan & top with sliced onion. Add hot water. Cover with foil.
Bake for 45 minutes.
