Turn the graham crackers into crumbs. Combine the crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into 9x13 pan. Chill.
Beat (softened) Philadelphia Cream Cheese with sugar and 2 Tbsp. milk until smooth. Fold in half of Cool Whip. Spread over crust.
Arrange fruit in layer. Prepare pudding and pour over fruit. Chill several hours and spread other half of Cool Whip before serving.
