4 extra large white potatoes
2 tsp salt
1 carton Philadelphia Cream Cheese with Spinach & Artichokes
1/2 cup milk
2 Tbsp butter

Peel, wash, and dice potatoes, place in large stewing pot cover with water. Add salt. Bring to boil and cook until potatoes are tender.

Drain off water, leaving enough to cover bottom of pan. Add cream cheese mixture and beat until smooth, adding milk as needed until smooth consistency that peaks nicely.

Beat in butter. Serve immediately.
