Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat egg well in small bowl. Cut out pie crust with 2-inch cookie cutters (circles, hearts, etc.) Stack 3 layers of pie crust with egg brushed in between. Place on cookie sheet. Brush egg on top and sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Put peeled and sliced kiwi in small bowl and add lemon juice and orange banana pineapple juice and fold kiwi to make sure it's all covered.
Put pie crusts in oven and bake for 10-12 min (depending on how soft you want them). Place 2 pie crusts in each small bowl. Add 3 slices of kiwi to each bowl. Top with Cool Whip.
