1 box Kraft Mac & Cheese - any style, prepared per directions
2 large green peppers, chopped medium
1 sm. can diced tomatoes (with green chilies optional)
1 sm. jar thick & chunky garden style spaghetti sauce

Let's Make It
In a deep skillet or pan brown beef over low-med heat and stir frequently to break up. Drain as completely as possible (I even run this under very hot water in a colander!). Set back on stove over med heat long enough to dry water if used.
Add onion, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Cover and cook over low heat until the onion is tender- about 5-7 minutes.
Meanwhile cook Mac & Cheese. When onions are cooked, add the mac & cheese and remaining ingredients to the beef mixture and cook over low heat stirring very frequently (mixture will stick easily) until heated through - about 10 minutes. Serve with salad and hot garlic bread. U-M-M-M-M!
