1 rack pork baby back ribs
2 Tbsp salt
2 Tbsp ground black pepper
2 Tbsp chili powder
Barbecue sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Wash ribs and pat dry. Combine seasonings and rub mixture over meat side of ribs.

Place on foil-lined cookie sheet meat side up.

Bake covered for one hour. Reduce heat to 325 degrees F, uncover ribs and bake for an additional hour. Coat ribs with your favorite barbecue sauce and put them on the grill for 5 minutes on each side.
