Gorilla Bread

Original recipe yields 1 serving
1/2 cup sugar
3 tsp cinnamon
8 oz cream cheese
2 cans refrigerated biscuits (10 count each)
1 stick butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts, divided

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Cut cream cheese into 20 equal cubes. Press biscuits out with your fingers and sprinkle each with 1/2 tsp. cinnamon sugar. Place one cube of cream cheese in the center and wrap biscuit around cube. Seal edges so the sugar doesn't spill out. Melt brown sugar and butter in a saucepan over low heat; stirring often. Remove from heat.

Spray bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle 1/2 cup walnuts into the bundt pan. Place 6 of the prepared biscuits into the pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 remaining cinnamon sugar and pour half butter mixture over biscuits. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup walnuts. Stagger remaining prepared biscuits on top of bottom layer. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar, butter mixture and walnuts.

Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Place large platter on top and invert. You may need to tap bottom of bundt pan to make sure nothing sticks.
