Heat oil in frying pan over medium high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes. Add fajita seasoning. Stir thoroughly. Add peppers and onions. Cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken is done. Turn off heat. Add cooked bacon. Stir thoroughly.
In 12 inch skillet, place one tortilla. Spread with chicken mixture. Sprinkle with 1/3 of cheese. Top with a second tortilla.
Grill each side until golden brown. Repeat with remaining tortillas and chicken mixture. Slice into 8 triangles with pizza slicer.
