1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
Dash salt
1 large egg
1 cup milk
2 tsp lemon juice
4 Tbsp butter, melted

Mix flour, soda, powder, sugar and salt in large bowl. Mix egg, milk, lemon juice and butter in medium bowl. Gradually add milk mixture to dry mixture.
